Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in or supplying support services to the asphalt paving industry who is interested in promoting high business standards, practices and ethics among those engaged in said industry, and who is interested in promoting the proper and efficient use of asphalt mixes in accordance with the requirements of the owner shall be eligible for membership.

REGULAR MEMBERS
Regular Members shall be persons, firms or corporations who are owners and/or operators of Hot Mix Asphalt production facilities within the State of Washington, provided that said plants meet all of the current requirements for HMA facilities as adopted by the Washington State Dept. of Transportation.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
Associate members shall be persons, firms or corporations who place asphalt mixes, but do not produce them, or who supply materials, machinery or services to the regular members of the Association. Associate Members shall be entitled to all services from the association and may attend meetings of the membership.
